The color coated aluminum coil is coated on the base roll. The general processing process is pretreatment, primer roll coating, top coat roll coating, shearing or embossing winding.
First, the aluminum coil is processed. In this step, the surface of the aluminum coil is degreased, rolled, washed, and dried to keep the surface smooth, clean, and dry. Pretreatment is the basis for the subsequent processing of color coated aluminum coils. It is only critical if the aluminum coils are properly processed in the pretreatment process.
In the second step, the aluminum roll is subjected to primer roll coating, which is the first layer of paint on the surface of the color coated aluminum roll to protect the aluminum roll. After the primer roll is applied, the paint needs to be cured. The surface is destroyed during the post-transport process.
The third step is to apply a top coat to the aluminum roll. The top coat roll is a very important step. According to the customer's requirements, the surface of the color coated aluminum roll is colored and painted. Similar to the primer roll, the top coat is finished. Curing treatment is also required afterwards.
n the fourth step, the color coated aluminum coil is further processed by cutting or embossing.
Finally, the processed color coated aluminum coil is packaged in a roll.
